KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I have never come across a bunch of rip off cowboys as this company. I ordered a pair of Ed Hardy sunglasses that had been reduced in the sale to £34. They arrived in a tatty looking box from China. The look of the parcel raised my first concerns... On opening the box I was shocked to see the nasty sunglasses and the horrific fake sunglasses inside!!! I email the company immediately to raise my concerns these scratched, discoloured and upside down (yes upside down!!!) logos and that I believed they were fakes. I got a short and sharp email back that said 'yes fakes but good fakes. Will give you $10 compensation'. To which I of course said I wanted a full refund and will return the sunglasses.
I have since returned them to china and they are messing me around saying once they have confirmation they have them back they will refund me. Well I am sick of waiting and will carry out my threats as stated in emails to them of contacting everyone and anyone about this scamming back street operation!
My discovery of this scamming company I realised that the website implies its an American operation. When you look for returns detail you will not find the information required. I replied with telling C Luna, the sorryful joke for customer services the following:
‘I will not accept this offer of $10 USD as your company have sold me these inferior quality sunglasses under false pretences. As I stated in my previous email I want a full refund and confirmation in writing that you will return all monies to me.
If this is not in agreement with you, I am left with no other choice but to take this matter further, by reporting this company to the authorities in the State of Victoria Australia, as you clearly indicate that you follow the laws governed by the State of Victoria, Australia.

I will also be contacting all the branded companies that you allegedly supply for.
