I experience the worst costumer service in the world ever. I booked my car for service and usually you get a text mg the day before but I didn't. I called BMW Angmering to confirm the booking. This was 930am and I was told someone will get back to me. At 2pm i called again and this time the receptionist was borderline rude and she said somebody will call back when they are free and with that she hangs up on me. I called back straight away and explained that I need to arrange alternate transport if my car is in for service so I need to know before leaving work at 3:30pm. I asked to speak to a manager and i explained to him the problem and that I do not appreciate the receptionist hanging up on me: He then said: "look here, I am not paid to take crap from people and if you cant wait then go somewhere else". With that he hanged up the phone.

I got a call froma sales guy about half five, dropped my car off next morning to pick up at 3:30pm. Got there at 3:45 and had to wait till 6:05!

Needless to say, i am never ever going back there again.
