I Ride a Harley Davidson Motorcycle and I wear an open face Helmet. I went to my local BP garage to fill up with ultimate as usual.

I placed the nozzle in the tank at the same time I could hear a male voice on the the tannoy next to the pump I could not hear properly so I sat there waiting for the pump to be reset when a women appeared and asked me to remove my helmet. Why? I asked, as you can see my face, also I have nowhere to place it without having to hold it or have it damaged by placing it on the ground. I will willingly remove it when Im done and ready to pay. This I understand for security reasons. No answer was forthcoming and I was left sitting there. If motorcyclists are filling up and riding off without paying make all motorcyclists prepay and put up a sign saying so. I visited another BP garage and encountered no problem
