I rented a car from Alamo Car Rental Maidstone for one week 3oth December I returned the car on the 6th January and was told that everything was in order. I find today that £41.16 has been taken from my Bank Account.

The office in Maidstone was shut when I tried to phone them.

Please advise me what to do next.
