To Whom It May Concern:

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Emirates Airline. I used your services from Birmingham to Dubai then from Dubai to Delhi. It was at the latter part where Emirates Airlines had disappointed me. There seemed to have been issues with baggage handling which delayed me a total of 9 hours 20 mins.

I was schedule to fly from Delhi to Pune via Jet Airways (9w 2219 4.35pm) but due to problems with removal of baggage from your airliner I missed this flight and had to pay for a alternative flight to Pune via Kingfisher Airlines, business class as economy was not available. Not only did this affect me financially the flight and hotel but I felt afraid, stress and emotionally disturbed not to mention lost of sleep.

I turned to your staff as I never experienced this before, but they declined me of any help or guidance. I felt alone.

I’ve always believed Emirates had a great reputation but feel on this accession I have been let down. If I’m honest, I feel this incident ruined my visit to India.
