I booked a two tickets to Thailand and the flight was cancelled. The refund was processed on the 26th NOV 08. I have called the office given on the site many many many many times and have only ever got through once. On that occasion the person who deals with all the refunds (only one person?!?!?!?!?) was not about??? and no one could help. I was told to call back later in the week???!!!
I would recommend that no one flies with this so called airline until they realise that its not just ok to take the money and have no regard for the customer after that. If you ring to book a ticket there are lots of people to take the call.
Note to EVA are you compounding the interest you earn off delaying customer refunds??? if so I want the interest due in the monies you are holding of mine.
