Terrible Service

I used Intercargo to send 3 pieces of luggage from the UK to the US. Their service is terrible. They never respond to any emails you send them and will not give you any answers to your questions. They kept asking for a copy of my passport, which I had already sent 3 times prior. They kept telling me they cannot send my luggage without the passport copies. After finally completing paperwork, they admitted that my luggage was sent to the wrong place and was put in storage. I continually called and emailed Intercargo, but they did not do anything until a month or so after contacting them, after countless emails and international phone calls made on my part. It took me 4 MONTHS to get my luggage, when it should have taken only 2 weeks. I asked multiple times for a refund, but they did not do anything for me. I sent multiple emails to the manager, and even wrote a letter and mailed it from the US to the UK. NO RESPONSE. Overall, using Intercargo was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
