I booked and exec coach wwith Momentum for the playoff final at Wembley, only to be called the day before to inform me that they had double booked the exec coach and only had a non exec available. Being the day before it left me no other option than to take the altern coach, which had no toilet, TV or music system. I had paid £1200 in full but was told that I would get a refund of £300, that was back in May. I waited 3 weeks for the refund nothing arrived, so I tried to call them and find out what was happening. If you ever try to get through to this companies finace department its a mission of its own. When I eventually got through I was told I would get the credit early July and I would see it on my credit card statement. Guess what still nothing! I have now been trying for 2 days to try and get through the finance depart.
If you are thinking of booking with this company you must be crazy! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I am sure reading the other complaint on this board its a trick that this company plays all the time!
