A rude member of staff from Vrigin Active Health Spa Club in kirkstall got on a bus from Leeds to Kirstall causing a nuisence to passengers by talking loudly on her mobile phone on the service 33A at approx 5pm on May 13th the young person sat down at the back of the bus and placed her dirty shoes on the bus seats and looked at a heavily pregnant lady seated opposite in a sarcastic fashion then laughed at her 5 minutes later got off the bus for work.
What a poor reflection on people working in our healthcare industry.
