I would like to Complain about the Service I had on the evening of 14th February, I ordered a Pizza at 19.09, (as per Receipt) and after an hour waiting, we rang Staines Branch and asked them where our Pizza was, they had no recollection of a Pizza being ordered, so we ordered again, but this time it was 20.10, by the time the Pizza arrived in was 8.30. Although they had no order for that Pizzam the timing on the Receipt was 19.09, I know it is or was a very busy Valentines night, but to wait and hour and a half which was totally unacceptable. I think they realised their mistake and gave us measley Garlic Bread with no apology. I would like to know how you are going to rectify this mistake and make sure that when we order again from you (if ever) we will not be treated like this again!!!
