On Sunday 24th April my partner and I and my daughter called in for a meal. We arrived at 16.50p.m. and ordered within 5 mins. at 17.35 we had to enquire as to where it was as I had to have my daughter back with her mother at 18.00hrs some 25 miles away. Miraculously the meal arrived immediately and was cold but we had not got the time to wait and so we carried on but had to ask where the cutlery was on 2 occassions and eventually received them albeit dirty and had to clean them with the serviette to which I complained but to no avail. If you must employ school children then at least have a senior member of staff available to complain to. We received no apologies for this service and had to pay full price and my daughter did not get the dessert she wanted because we ran out of time. The service was diabolical and we will seriously consider whether we use this facility again.
