I purchased wuyi tea some months ago with my Mastercard over the internet. This item has not been received. I have contacted the mastercard company regarding this, they said they could not reimburse my money. Now I find wuyi tea is withdrawing money from my Mastercard each month and I don't know how to stop it.
I have no email address for them, so I am unable to contact them directly. I have contacted the British based company, but they say it is an American company. Please can you help me and advise me what to do. My Mastercard company advised me to contact you
