On February 18th a debit was made from my UK current banking account. The details appeared on the statement as a payment to FLT*GRANTINSTITUTE. The amount was $ 59 USDollars. [Which appeared on my statement as 37.77 UK Pounds] When I called my bank they gave me the contact phone no associated with this company as 866-459-9072. I have no knowledge of this company, I most definitely did NOT make this payment to this company, and I am extremely worried about it. How on earth did they get my details, and proceed to make this debit fro m my account? Please let me know how I can get this money refunded. Yours sincerely, K McNeill
