Asking for Refund

When I first joined I noticed you had to upgrade with more credit card information that did not produce. Since I am employed this does not sound sane. I need more facts than what they are showing me to prove this system works. I tried to get in touch with someone and got an automated system. I am still trying to get a live person. All I got was a reply email saying that someone would get back to me. I definitely want my refund.
