E-Mail received purporting to be a win on National Lottery of 25th October as a result of E-Mail address being selected from a list supplied by Microsoft - Mr Phil Catford yet again - when will these people learn that we are not fools and surely there should be regulations against scams of this sort so that vulnerable people are not taken in!
