I have got the email too... in the email it said that i won the lottery at the "national lottery" and told me to give info to get the money transfered... after all the info is given... it is said that i need to click on the link to transfer the money...
first of all... that "website" that is given to me is really really shitty... i dont think a bank will make a website like that... and second... the hosting of that website is by a free online hosting... a bank wont use a free online hosting service...
since a bank will have alot of info that is needed to be put online... and wont use this kind of service since its unstable and not alot of people can access the info at once... so a bank that want to do bussiness... wont do that... and if you havent noticed... the email address they use are all @hotmail.co.com or something like that... if its a bank that have its own wepage and its own server... they should have their own email adress...
so this person that is trying to make money... is doing a really really cheap job about it... he should of atlest throw out some moeny to make a real webpage at first... and not have this cheap of a website... but then i do have to give this person some credit... since he would call long distance to me to tell me to check my email... HAHAHHAHA... i am 85% sure that this is a scam...
i have seen in other web site and such that had reported this... but most people have been saying that its at canada or uk... but now i gess they have moved up to international scam... because now i am in hong kong... and they still contact me by phone to tell me to check my email and such...
so yah... becare full every one!!!
