Fraudelaent transaction

I authorised this company to take 59.00 from my account and found out they had took 118.00 from my account instead i have put it in writing twice now stating i want my money returned but to no avail i have rang the number and only to be 28th in the queue at 9.30am in the morning and 26th in the queue at 5pm at night!! i have had the phone put down on me and told to put it in writing again i have enclosed my bank statement showing that they have had my payment twice not once so it is fraud i want my 118.00 returned and no longer want there services please help as it meant i also incurred bank charges caused by the other missing 59.00 which i didnt authorise many thanks mrs caroline thompson
