Money from account

I am very upset that money has been taken from my account as i have been refused the loan and was told that no money would be taken from my account. but to my dismay there has been £47.96 taken from my account and i would really like it returned and i am going to see a lawyer about this as i am disabled and this is a total scam how dare them
