After i was welcomed as a yes loan client i was told that i also had 2 complete a application form and a one off processing fee of 69.50 which was returnable if the loan offerd was not taken. I was offerd a loan with a huge apr and also they wonted me to get a second garator who own there own home for a lone that was only £2, 500 I TURNED THIS DOWN AND WAS TOLD that my processing fee wld be returned to me by cheque thought the post in feb but im still waitin for this money tryin to ring them is a joke as ur put on hold for so long on a high call rate some thing needs to followed u about this company as there takin money of the people thats askin them to help surly this is not allowed
