This company went into my account and took 49pounds from it which they were not authorised to do and then I incurred a charge of 38pounds from my bank account which the bank took. I have tried to contact satcover but to no avail there phoneline is discontinued. I have also sent a recorded letter to them but still have not heard from them. This is now 88pounds they owe me and I cant get it back from them can you help with any information and how I can get my money refunded back to me
