Unorthorised deduction from my account

I have two sums of money taken from my accountof which I have not authorised.1/10 £103.80 and on the 2/11 £7.72. I would ask please for this money to be refunded. I also request you cancel all dealings I have with Swipe auctions. willl you please confirm this action. J R Charlton. [email protected]
