This company has a very pressurising web page giving you 5 mins to sign up etc the terms and conditions are not available until you sign up then you are in their system. I cancelled within hours of placing the order and they sent me an email to say that they could not locate my order. However I did recieve a shipment which I returned and with along with a letter to reaffirm my cancellation I was billed for the whole £79 plus postagte and packaging and now I have received another shipment of this Life Cleanse but they are trading under another name from the same PO Box and phone number. My credit card company have told my that they can't cancel the transactions but they are helping my to contact the company. There appears to be a fault on the line and we could not get through the morning. I am concerned that this will continue to happen with them changing the name now they have my card details.
