I requested a FREE sample of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse dietary tablets and these were received for a cost of £3.75 each for p&p. A few weeks later two entries both for £73.74 were made on my credit card. I couldn't seem to get through to the company before going on holiday.
On my return, before I could it up again, a second credit card statement was received and two further entries for £73.74 were made. I called my credit card company who dialled an undisclosed number for the company who told me I had agreed to this 'subscription' fee per month one for each product received by signing terms and conditions.
At no time did I knowingly agree to this condition and I certainly have received nothing since for these two separate 'subscriptions'.
The company have now cancelled my 'subscription' (I hope) but will not agree to reimburse me for £294.96.
I informed them I was happy to return the 'FREE' goods as they are as yet untouched and unopened but they refused.
