I ordered a straightner set on Wed 2nd Feb from this particular website and thought nothing of it. The seller even contacted my wife by phone and confirmed the address with her because she knew it looked strange, as i am in the forces and based in germany. Since that conversation, i go onto their website and they didnt even update the status of the product which says to me they didn't even ship it out. I since sent two emails to the 'contact us' section of their site but they have not got back intouch with me at all. They have no contact number and i dont know what i can do.
I have the confirmation email from the company saying they have recieved the payment and with my shipping address on.
