I found payments coming out of my credit card, 3 in total with 2 different titles, elitepack then fitclubonline. When I contacted my credit card company they said I should google this on-line as they could see there was a complaints forum and to contact the disputes team.
I have contacted the disputes team. I then found someone had posted a phone number for these scammers: 0808120236 so I have just called them. They say I was signed up and had an opt out period which I failed to do so in the stated time. I didn't (and still don't) have a bloody clue who they are?! They said I had been sent emails with my log in, I have not received any emails from them until just now when they sent me confirmation of cancellation!
This is such a scam! I am trying to sort out my debt and probably will be for a while and these scammers have just made it worse. I'll be lucky if the bank can help me.
Company's who do business like this should be shut down.
