I brought a 'free trial' of Pure Cleanse on 24/09 and paid P&P of £9.61. On the 15/10 my card was charged £55.32, when I rang to find out why I was told I have signed up for membership as part of the free trial. I hadn't. I cancelled my order and was told I would get a full refund and sent the items back by recorded delivery on 23/10. On the 03/11 I was charged £15.45. I rang again to find out why and was told I had signed up to 'World Club Business' I had never heard of them. I was given another number to call 0808 1202346. I called and was told I had received emails from them. I never had and I asked them to resend the emails so I could see what they were at this point they became abusive and put the phone down. I have never received any refund of my money despite their promises. DO NOT BUY this product as it is a scam.
