Very Poor Customer Service

I would strongly advise against anyone joining this gym, the staff are rude, nasty and cruel. Once you have signed the contract they are not interested in 'customer service' or trying to resolve problems, they are only interested in money. On the website you will see that it says they are well-equiped, well, whenever I have used there gym facilities some machines have had parts missing, broken seats indeed soem of the machines didn't work at all!

If you are considering joining this gym then think again! The staff are not willing to accept complaints/concerns you have about the gym and even the 'managing director' had very poor communication skills.

Hope this helps any potential new clients of theirs. Just. Say. No!!
