I too decided to try the 14 day trial went to the web site seemed worth a try and signed up for trial.postage and packing was paid on my debit card. An email was sent saying i would get items in 7-10 days. The items were recieved 10days after first ordered. Another email was then sent saying that my next supply had been dispatched I immediately went to the members website to find that I was noted to be day 12 of the trial when in fact I was only on day5.I contacted both companies immediately to cancel my order and got an automated reply. On checking my bank account a few days later I found that PRO CLEANSE HAD TAKEN £74.50 even though the order had been cancelled and to date have received no further communication from them. Cho Yong teas did send an email and asked for the remaining tea bags to be returned.
I f you look at their terms and conditions there is no way you can cancel the trial and return products before the 14 days as they start the 14 days way before you receive the items!!
I have since cancelled my card and hope they take no further cash apparently they trade under different names
