Like others I ordered free month sample - order date Sept 4. The samples never arrived and, not being able to get a phone no, I wrote to Trading Planet Ltd (on Sept 21) informing them of this & cancelling the order. I had no reply & this week they have charged for more product to be sent! I've no idea how to comunicate with the host company. Has anyone else been succesful in contacting them?
