I have been watching the scheduled programme Police, camera, action on ITV tonight to find Gethin the presenter to be breathalized in a controlled experiment. After several times of being breathalized after each lap and driving after a drink to see that after his last vodca and coke (double) he was still under the drink drive limit. Is this not advertising that people can go out and have a drink and drive. Young drivers should be encouraged not to drink and drive than to have that one extra. A total ban should be inforced and not how many you could drink and get away with drinking. Had Gethin had a meal before the test, how long had he been awake, all need to be takien into account. The programme is advertising you could get away with it but at what risk to the other drivers and people on the footpaths.
