Crown hotel. wetheral. Cumbria.
An absalute disgrace. We complained about boys running around nude in the 'female' changing room, got verbaly abused by a member... then got band for the complaint!
The kids protested out side the hotel, the papers were involved and the manager let us use the pool for the two days that we had left of our holiday... for an hour and 30 mins... wow!
Also there were people changing childrens nappies on the table we were sitting near, the following day they were jet washing the leasure ctr floor while there were people still swimming in the pool... stones were going in the pool at the time.
The manager is very obnoctios and does not care about us as a paying customer... what an awfull hotel!!
Never again!!
