I had organised a 60th birthday celebration meal for my mum and booked a table and asked for it to be decorated, when arriving on the day with the cake, I was horrified to find that the staff were unaware of my booking and seemed uninterested of this special occasion deeming themseves as under staffed and didnt have the time to set a table up for us, to make things worse, no manager was available but surprisingly five minutes later she arrived behind the bar, on approach she was unaware of my booking and wanted me to explain myself again so we ended up leaving. The odd thing was the restauraunt was empty! Why send leaflets through people's doors asking them to visit when they cannot even remember one booking?
