Complaint about the card I purchased/ also your customer service can't speak English was rule and put the phone down on me

Your customer service was rude and cannot speak English unable to help me with the card I bought, She kept asking me to repeat myself on several occassion at the end hanged up on me.

your card is not allow to make a call.

Also your promotion is out of date on your recorder messages.
