My name is Erika, I recently purchased a pink corioliss straightener. I tried contacting Corioliss to give me a refund because I didn't like the iron but they will not answer any emails nor phone calls. I tried going back to the mall where purchased it from and they refused to help. Corioliss is not a good company to buy from. I paid with my credit card so I'm currently working with them to get my money back since the website does state that there's a 14 day refund period.
