I have a parcel from uk to philippines but it was hold by malysian custom they ask too much promising to deliver but after all i paid they dont deliver the parcel but they keep on creating another charges to me mancheste

I am expecting a parcel from uk, suddenly the parcel was hold in malaysian custom, they ask me to pay clearance fee after i paid they assured me that they will deliver a few hour but they did not comply they ask me another charge a huge amount of money for vat and insurance they assured me again that as soon as they conformed my payment they will deliver my parcel but not again they let me wait and expect, they ask another charges for a certificate i comply i paid them because i really need that parcel but still they did not send that parcel to rather they are asking another charges for demurrage charge but i cant provide it anymore so please help me to have my parcel.
