I was just wondering if these people were trying to rip me off or not. they say they've tried to contact me to give me my prize of $50, 000.00. they sent me a letter from London, UK saying if i didnt respond within 14 days the file will be closed and i can no longer claim my winnings. if you could clark howard tell me am i being ripped off
