We rented a flat from Legacy Development. We lived there for more than a year. When we decided to move out, we gave them the required one month notice and left the flat at the end of the term. Despite all this, they deducted the next month"s rent from our account. We were paying by direct debit and despite the termination of the contract they did not delete it. I called them and asked them to transfer back the money and return the deposit as well, as it was agreed in the contract. They promised to send me a cheque - and then nothing happened. 3 months passed since and they still did not repay the money. They never ever answered my calls since, did not reply to my e-mails. So i took them to court and i just hope that we will ever see the money back. So whoever wants to rent a property DO NOT RENT one, which belongs to Legacy Development! Very incorrect company!
