With the new arival of my nephiew, I was very excited to order him his first Teddy Bear.
Well after I navagated the extreamly aquard web site at www,steifusa.com, my order was entered, however, there was no place to add a note so my nephiew would know who sent the bear.
I tried to call but was forwarded to a message line with no return call (2 hours have passed)
So I replied to the conformation email asking for a call.
Well, I still have not gotten a call, but I did receive the following email:
Hi John
An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed.
The status of order #631657 is now Cancelled.
After finally getting my order in on their "odd" web site, I am reluctant to try it again. Guess I will go to look for an alternative.
