I have had 3 payments taken out of my account bu debit, december and january and febyary 2009 of £24.00 each time without my permission, i had already canceled my subsription in july which it clearly shows in my account so i would like a full refund as i have the backing of lloyds tsb, it must be an innocent mistake and maybe another account was set up by mistake!!!
