Well the scam has finally hit the UK - First they called last week and told me of this delightfull offer which could not be refused for about 500 dollars 250 english pounds i could have the holiday of a lifetime. I was bored so i thought go on give the lad a go, i am on my own looking after my kids so any conversation was better than none.
Now im quite savvy but i have to say they did try hard very very hard to get my money any lesser woman would have broke. They make you feel stupid that you dont give them your credit card details. LUCKILY i never gave them mine but this didnt stop them phoning me ever night for 3 days.
I have spoke to my friend who is a solicitor and says if you have paid anythiung at all IMMEDIATLEY say you have lost your card and all transactions will be stopped, it does not come out of your account for 2 days anyway. The best thing to do is research it on the internet and ask them to call back the following night. PLEASE beware but if you are looking at this it might be too late.
