I received this exact email below. It starts out almost exactly like two other scamming online UK LOTTERY winnings that I have received in the past two months.

The other two scammers I entertained them by responding to see just how far they would go and how much they were trying to scam from me. Usully they try to get 700 - 1500 dollars for "shipping" your checks and the high cost is for "insurance" of the package, supposedly. Really it is just to make their scam profitable for them.

I asked the other lotteries if I could have them ship it through my own FedEx account and I would pay the shipping that way, but they insisted they could not.

Also, they did offer that I could fly over their to pick my check up in person, but natrally assumed that I did not want to do that. Why? Because they would have nothing to give me.
And they bet that dumb Americans will just pay out the money and wait for millions to come in the mail.

They wanted me to pay the "shipping" via Western Union. Now, if you check out Western Union online in the right handed column, the first things it says is NOT TO SEND MONEY FOR INTERNATIONAL LOTTERIES. Well, there you have it. I went furhter to call about it, and come to find that IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANY PERSON OF THE UNITED STATES TO WIN LOTTERIES FROM OTHER COUNTRIES... PERIOD.
