When I received this my husdand and i decided to look on ripoff immidiately because we have already been through a simular problem with NATIONAL CLEARING HOUSE OF NORTH AMERICA.
now, the other fellow that is on rip off also, you will see that the letters are wreitten a little different but look closelu at all the figures. Especially the 5647560045 they match exactally.
