Ripoff company offers sales but never sends item pymt required is western union Internet

Website offers sales, a minimum order of 599.00. only payment method accepted is western union, when they were asked how can we be sure that we will receive the package they provided a ups tracking number. We proceeded with the transaction and on 4/9 a western union was made for 622.00 for a person name Mark Gawen, using my credit card. We then emailed the company after the pick up was done and company never responded to the emails. we use different email addresses to contact the company and they do not respond. We then realized it was a scam because the ups tracking information has a complete different name. later we created a email and acted as a new customer and they responded to that email within minutes using a different name for the western union.

I called UPS to check on the package and apparently they set up the shipment via the internet but never scheduled a pick up date and never dropped off the package.
I would like this to be considered for investigation because it is fraud and they may have ripped off other and perhaps there will be many others to be ripped off.
