Along with my sister & my cousin we decided to have a tuna sub. We asked the two staff to change their gloves as we are vegetarian. They both pulled faces and mumbled amongst themselves. They were both very rude & gave us a very poor service, other customers were in the shop also. My sister asked the staff that she would like some jelopenoes in her sub, the lady staff got a handful and just chuked it in in anger along with the other salad etc. I asked if i could have a little touch of mayonase and she squeezed a load in on purpose. We were all disgraced. It was a cold windy rainy day and when we stepped in the shop it was nice and warm, the both staff knew we were cold so they both decided to put the air conditioning on high. We were freezing whilst eating our sub. We would never go to the subway on Blackburn road ever again. When we finished eating and leaving we overheard the staff calling us 'pakis'!! This incident occured on Sunday 1st November around 4.30ish.
