These people are all con artists. Jon Crippen operates out of Seattle, Washington.
He makes it sound like he's submitting your project to a board of driectors for approval, and all of a sudden you are approved and you must contact J. Martins - James Martins or JD martins in the UK.
He has your money, but you can't get it unless you pay him upfront money. Then you know right away it is a scam. They can fund you for millions of dollars but they can't take care of the fees? How stupid do you think we are in the USA?
The web site for the bank is a fraud. Try calling anywhere in the UK and you will not hear of any such bank, private or otherwise. They even have the nerve to say the bank was set up by former US Secret Service men from the US. Yeah Right!!
It's all a scam, and believe me, DO NOT send any money to these scumbags, you can kiss it goodbye!!!
