I have been accused of reversing into a car which has not happened at all. The damage of the third party was not checked by beachcroft solicitors who were acting on my behalf and rather than helping me to prove my innocence they agreed to pay off the third party!!! both cars were staitonery outside a shop and there was no need for me to reerse to get my vehicle out yet the third party claimed i had reversed back and drove off despite no damage to prove the hit. I sent a complaint to Beachcroft solicitors asking why they did not investigate and got fobbed off! Therefore making it easy to claim on someone elses insurance by just accusing them of hitting your car even when they havent touched! Lousy system! And lousy service by Beachcroft Solcitors!
