My wife's Hotmail email account [email protected] is being used without her permission to send out to her Hotmail contacts every week spamming emails for unwanted services. I have looked for the source on our computers (we are using several pcs so the problem is obviously a problem with Hotmail, NOT any individual computer). This problem has been happening since 16 Nov - I have loaded up several antivirus type programs, in addition to our usual AVG, Ad-aware, Spamfighter. Not one has yet identified the problem's source. These emails have been sent so far; http://rapidshare.com/files/436557279/surprise.exe 13/12, http://rapidshare.com/files/434817428/surprise.exe 4/12, http://ff3rrfpbqc4m.azuklimos.com 30/11, http://juco8g.pepdoctor.com 24/11, http://baidic6q.devionnse.com 16/11. We both find this an unpleasant frustrating experience, as do our friends who are receiving these emails purportedly from my wife. What can you do to remove this embarressment from our lives?
