Aegir Atlantic Media Ltd I did not agree to the "terms and conditions", they charged me anyway, County Durham, Consett

A few minutes after midnight, today, 28 November i got a pop-up ad on my computer titled "Google Home Income" and headlined "Earn up to $209-$909 a day working from home on the Internet! " It continued: "Get your Google Home Income Kit now! Start making money with Google. Your Kit includes:
"Item: Google Home Income Kit - Quality [sic]: 1 - Total: Included
"Item: Online Tutorial: - Quality [sic]: 1 - Total: Included
"Item: Unlimited Customer Support: - Quality [sic] 1 - Total: Included
"Item: Processing & Activation Fee - Total: $1.97
"Item: Subtotal - Total: $1.97
"Item: Total - Total: $1.97

"Use Google to make money with our step-by-step kitt. Just pay $1.97 for your expedited shipping, and you can start instantly!
"As seen and trusted by USA Today, abc, CNN, CNBC
"Congratulations! You qualify for instant access! "
Then followed a sign-up form with entry boxes for: "Card Type" [Visa or Mastercard], "Credit Card#, " "Expiration, " "CVV/SecurityCode, " "Country, " "Billing Address, " "City" "US State, " and "Zip Code."
I heard a roughly four-minute sales pitch by an individual who claimed to have successfully signed up for the program and earned the sums of money daily that were mentioned on the screen. The speaker promised my total cost would be no more than $1.00. I filled in the entry boxes. Below was a button labeled "Instant Access! " and logos for "100% Secure Site, " "100% Trusted, " and "VeriSign Secure." I clicked the Instant Access button.
I then got a screen that read:
"You must be 18 years old or older to order.
"The New York Times, Yahoo, AOL, ABC, USA Today, CNN, MSNBC, Forbes, Time Magazine, and Google do not sponsor, endorse, and is no way affilated with Aesir Atlantic Media Limited or this promotion.

"All Content Copyright Aesir Atlantic Media Limited. All Rights Reserved.

When I tried to scroll down, fine print appeared that stated that in three days a charge of $79.95 would be assessed and would continue to be assessed.

I had seen no "Terms & Conditions" statement, so I concluded that this was a bogus offer. I tried to back out of the screen using my browser "back" button, but the screen kept reappearing. Finally, I simply shut down my computer. I Google searched for the company and got a phone number. I called that number, (877) 204-7404, and got a recorded announcement that the office was closed and would reopen at 9:00 AM Saturday, Pacific Standard Time. It also provided an e-mail address and a mailing address in England (see below).

I then sent the following e-mail to [email protected]:
"Aegis Atlantic Media Ltd.
