Through the website www.directfileaccess.com I payed a 5 fee to access the website, not only did this never work and after endless unanswered emails I wrote it off as a bad experience. However they then took approx 30 from my credit card on a monthly basis, this was completely unauthorised and my bank is now investigating this issue, when will their web site be taken down to stop this happening to other people??
