I purchased an r4 adaptor for my daughter. It arrived promptly but did not load in the DS. I contacted r4adaptors.co.uk by email and was told a new card would be sent out to me that day. When it did not arrive I was told my order was in track and trace and this would take 10 working days. After 10 working days had well and truly passed my emails were ignored, no replacement card arrived. Ringing the telephone number only resulted in an answering machine message saying that if the phone was not answered it was because they were helping in the depot-I have still not been able to get through to them after repeated phone calls.
